I remember getting this movie when it came out on Halloween I’m That Crazy Girl Who Loves Michael Myers A Lot Shirt Blu-ray and it took a lot out of the movie just by being able to see him so clearly in the background when he’s stalking the girls at the beginning. IMO it’s the pinnacle of slasher movies. The cinematography is absolutely incredible, especially for the time. The scene where the girl is crying after “killing” Michael and Michael rises in the back out of focus is amazing. Or when Laurie is in class, talking about fate, and we see Michael in the background outside. Michael is Laurie’s fate or maybe vice versa. Halloween is a masterpiece in horror cinema. Or when we see the poster of James Ensor on Laurie’s wall, he was a painter of weird masks.

I used to do remodeling for Halloween I’m That Crazy Girl Who Loves Michael Myers A Lot Shirt my job. We were gutting a large bathroom, and my boss wanted to fit everything in the bed of the work truck so as to not have to rent a dumpster. Because of this we were breaking everything we removed into pretty small pieces. When we removed the porcelain toilet, I was instructed to hammer it apart in the driveway of the house. I got about three solid hammer swings in before the back window exploded. In cleaning out the glass I found a piece of the toilet smaller than a dime that caused the damage. Still cheaper than renting a dumpster through.
