His mom always gets him Hanes and I have as well but I hate how they tend to be a low cut as if the torso can’t ever be long enough and is just short and stubby😂. Got the S for my 6yo. It’s more suitable for a 10yo. I find pajama sets too expensive so I decided to get a 5 pack of cotton boxer briefs ($12) and these tshirts to match for a really inexpensive pajama option for my 6yo. These tshirts are good hardy cotton shirts but maybe too thick and not soft enough for sleeping in. Not sure if I’ll return yet..
